What is worth preparing before the interview?
You don't need complete documentation. All you need is basic information about the location and the expected result.
- number of locations and intersections covered by the project
- information about existing CCTV/IP cameras or the need to supply cameras
- data type: sections, relations, queues, pedestrians, cyclists or zones
- expected method of access to results and pilot schedule
