Types of tables and their use in ALPR measurements
AITracker can combine vehicle category, plate reading and county code from one recording. Thanks to this, the measurement result shows not only the number of vehicles, but also their origin and journeys between points.

Types of license plates
OrdinaryStandard board identifying the place of registration.

Letter codes of counties
Polish license plates consist of a series of letters and numbers. The first two or three letters indicate the county code in which the vehicle was registered. For example, "KR" stands for Kraków and "WAW" stands for Warsaw. The next elements are numbers and letters identifying a specific vehicle.
Examples of differentiators
Two-letter codes most often indicate cities, and three-letter codes indicate counties.

Service plates start with the letter H, and the next letter indicates the service or office, e.g. HP - Police, HK - ABW, HC - Customs and Tax Service.
We count traffic together with ALPR!
AITracker counts road traffic and recognizes license plates from the same recording. The system records:

Traffic link and transit
Measuring plates allows you to identify the same vehicle at many points. Thanks to this, we can designate transit through the city, separate it from local traffic and build a traffic connection.
The tool combines crossings based on boards and takes into account frequent mistakes in reading signs, e.g. 4/A, 5/S or 1/I.
